As a Transport and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Transport department. You will be responsible for overseeing the movement of goods, managing inventory, coordinating with clients and agents. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in logistics to make a significant impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor transportation routes, optimize delivery schedules, and track shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage and oversee daily logistics operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Coordinate with clients and keep them informed on the delivery date and time.
• Assist and guide the drivers according to the clients needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics-related issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to meet customer demands effectively.


Qualifications :

• Proven experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Language proficiency in English and Greek is required.
• Proficient in MS Office (excel) and familiar with industry-specific software and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma required; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
