Our company is looking for an experienced Booking and Pricing Administrator to join its team.
As a Booking and Pricing Administrator, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations, interfacing with customers, partners abroad, carriers, and other team members to manage cargo movements across global networks. Your ability to manage details and communicate effectively will be critical for this role.
Key Responsibilities
 Managing end-to-end shipment process for assigned customers Managing end-to-end shipment process for assigned customers

 Providing rate quotes and information regarding services to current and potential customers. Providing rate quotes and information regarding services to current and potential customers.

Qualifications
 Proven experience in customer service or relevant role, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Proven experience in customer service or relevant role, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
