Logistics Officer – Warehousing (3PL)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Officer (Warehousing) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse logistics operations for our third-party logistics (3PL) clients. You will ensure accurate stock control, timely processing of shipments, and smooth order fulfilment by handling all warehouse system entries, inventory updates, and physical logistics activities.
This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
 Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels for 3PL clients Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels for 3PL clients
 Enter new shipments and update records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Enter new shipments and update records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
 Prepare, pick, pack, and process customer orders for timely dispatch Prepare, pick, pack, and process customer orders for timely dispatch
 Carry out scanning, sorting, and labeling of shipments Carry out scanning, sorting, and labeling of shipments
 Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliations Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliations
 Ensure proper handling and storage of goods in compliance with health, safety, and company standard Ensure proper handling and storage of goods in compliance with health, safety, and company standard
 Support warehouse efficiency by coordinating with internal teams and external logistics partners Support warehouse efficiency by coordinating with internal teams and external logistics partners

Qualifications & Experience
 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
 2–3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory management, or logistics operations 2–3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory management, or logistics operations
